Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Each Day
The FLT Instructor develops and delivers all types of forklift, powered access, and plant driver training courses to staff, apprentices, and clients.
You’ll be responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of all participants during training sessions, maximising learning outcomes.
Duties include keeping training courses up to date with government standards, liaising with sales and service staff, and maintaining product knowledge.
You’ll be involved in designing, building, and maintaining dedicated training areas to ensure a safe and effective environment for trainees.
Ensuring staff certifications are current and legally compliant is also part of the day-to-day requirements, contributing to organisational safety.
