Zo komt u op de zwarte lijst en ervaart u moeilijkheden bij het verkrijgen van een nieuwe lening.  <\/p>\n<p>De CKP registreert de looptijd, het geleende bedrag en de terugbetalingsstatus. Wanneer de schuld is afbetaald, blijft dit voor \u00e9\u00e9n jaar nog zichtbaar. Daarna wordt u automatisch geschrapt, zonder verdere stappen van uw kant.  <\/p>\n<p><b>Stap voor stap: hoe aanvragen?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zorg voor een eID-kaart met kaartlezer.<\/li>\n<li>Bezoek de website van de CKP voor online inzage.<\/li>\n<li>Indien geen internet, verstuur schriftelijk uw aanvraag plus identiteitsbewijs.<\/li>\n<li>Langsgaan kan ook bij een loket van de Nationale Bank van Belgi\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Telefonisch krijgt u geen gegevens, alles verloopt schriftelijk of digitaal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Voordelen<\/h3>\n<p>Het grootste voordeel van deze centrale registratie is helderheid en bescherming van de consument tegen overmatige schuldenlast. U krijgt inzicht in uw kredietpositie, wat voorkomt dat u te veel leent.<\/p>\n<p>Bovendien is het proces van schrapping na afbetaling volledig automatisch. U hoeft als consument geen extra stappen te ondernemen om na vereffening van de schuld van de lijst geschrapt te worden.<\/p>\n<h3>Nadelen<\/h3>\n<p>Het grootste nadeel is dat een registratie als wanbetaler uw toegang tot nieuwe leningen aanzienlijk beperkt, vaak zelfs voor minstens een jaar na afbetaling.<\/p>\n<p>Bovendien kan foutieve registratie gebeuren. In dat geval moet u schriftelijk een rechtzetting aanvragen, wat enige tijd in beslag kan nemen.<\/p>\n<h3>Eindbalans<\/h3>\n<p>De zwarte lijst van de CKP zorgt voor een evenwicht tussen bescherming van consument en kredietverlener.
