Hieronder vindt u een overzicht van de hoofdpunten en praktische adviezen.<\/p>\n<h2>Stap voor stap: Hoe komt men op de zwarte lijst?<\/h2>\n<p>Als u een krediet niet tijdig of helemaal niet terugbetaalt, moet de kredietverlener dit melden aan de Centrale voor Kredieten aan Particulieren.<\/p>\n<p>Eens gemeld, wordt uw wanbetaling geregistreerd. Banken, verzekeraars en financieringsmaatschappijen zijn verplicht deze melding te doen.<\/p>\n<p>Op de zwarte lijst komt u dus enkel na bewezen wanbetaling van een loopend krediet. Dit wordt strikt opgevolgd.<\/p>\n<p>Dit systeem dient als waarschuwing voor andere kredietverstrekkers, die altijd de lijst raadplegen voor ze een lening goedkeuren.<\/p>\n<p>Het doel is verantwoord lenen te stimuleren en consumenten te beschermen tegen overmatige schulden.<\/p>\n<h2>Toegang tot uw kredietgegevens<\/h2>\n<p>U kunt gratis en eenvoudig uw dossier raadplegen. Dat kan online, per post of aan het loket van de Nationale Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Online raadpleging gebeurt via eID en kaartlezer, eenvoudig en veilig.<\/p>\n<p>Bij aanvraag per post voegt u een kopie van uw identiteitskaart toe. Zo houdt u controle over uw gegevens.<\/p>\n<p>Aan het loket krijgt u updates rechtstreeks van een medewerker.
