El organismo revis\u00f3 reclamos que incluyen amenazas, cobros ilegales y pr\u00e1cticas abusivas por parte de plataformas que ni siquiera est\u00e1n formalmente constituidas. <\/p>\n<p>Los pr\u00e9stamos suelen ir desde $10.000 hasta $1.000.000, con procesos r\u00e1pidos que s\u00f3lo solicitan el RUT o datos b\u00e1sicos, que luego se prestan para fraudes graves y vulneraciones de privacidad.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo solicitar un pr\u00e9stamo en estas aplicaciones<\/h2>\n<p>Descarga la app desde la tienda de Google o Apple, proporciona los datos personales requeridos \u2014a veces bastando s\u00f3lo el RUT.<\/p>\n<p>Sigue los pasos que te indica la aplicaci\u00f3n para el supuesto an\u00e1lisis crediticio. Normalmente, ofrecen respuesta inmediata y el dinero es transferido r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez aprobado, recibes el monto directo en tu cuenta bancaria o por otros medios digitales. El cobro de intereses suele estar poco claro y puede variar excesivamente.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de all\u00ed, la app solicita permisos muy invasivos en tu tel\u00e9fono, accediendo a tus contactos, c\u00e1mara y datos personales. Eso les da poder para ejecutar cobros agresivos.<\/p>\n<p>Ten en cuenta que la facilidad del proceso, m\u00e1s que un beneficio, puede ser una se\u00f1al de alerta ante falta de regulaci\u00f3n y seguridad.<\/p>\n<h2>Ventajas percibidas de los cr\u00e9ditos en apps<\/h2>\n<p>El proceso es r\u00e1pido: recibes una respuesta en minutos. Esto resulta atractivo para quienes necesitan dinero urgente.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3lo solicitan datos b\u00e1sicos, sin demasiados documentos, lo que acelera todo el tr\u00e1mite y evita tr\u00e1mites burocr\u00e1ticos extensos.<\/p>\n<p>Se pueden solicitar montos chicos, ideales para emergencias peque\u00f1as o situaciones imprevistas. No existe restricci\u00f3n por historial financiero.<\/p>\n<p>La disponibilidad es 24\/7: puedes solicitar cr\u00e9dito en cualquier momento, desde tu m\u00f3vil. El dinero se abona en poco tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>No es imprescindible tener una cuenta bancaria espec\u00edfica; varias apps permiten otros m\u00e9todos de pago o retiro.<\/p>\n<h2>Desventajas y peligros reales<\/h2>\n<p>Muchas empresas no tienen existencia formal, ni direcci\u00f3n v\u00e1lida en Chile, dificultando los reclamos y protecci\u00f3n legal.<\/p>\n<p>Las apps solicitan permisos invasivos, pudiendo acceder a informaci\u00f3n privada y contactos, generando riesgos de extorsi\u00f3n o acoso digital.<\/p>\n<p>Existe riesgo de cobros abusivos, intereses elevados y sobreendeudamiento sin capacidad real de fiscalizaci\u00f3n ni entidad supervisora detr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Los m\u00e9todos de cobro incluyen amenazas, hostigamiento a tu familia y mensajes invasivos, lo que da\u00f1a tu tranquilidad y seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>En muchos casos, SERNAC ya ofici\u00f3 a Google, Apple y PDI porque se detectaron posible comisi\u00f3n de delitos asociados a estas apps.<\/p>\n<h2>Veredicto final<\/h2>\n<p>Solicitar pr\u00e9stamos en estas aplicaciones puede ser una opci\u00f3n f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pida, pero representa un peligro real para tu privacidad y seguridad financiera.<\/p>\n<p>La recomendaci\u00f3n es clara: evita estas plataformas y recurre solo a entidades acreditadas por la Comisi\u00f3n para el Mercado Financiero.
